Variation Law of Thickness Fraction of Three-Laminated Aluminum Composite Plate by Solid–Liquid–Solid and Liquid–Solid–Liquid Twin-Roll Casting

چکیده
Solid–liquid–solid twin-roll casting (SLS-TRC) and liquid–solid–liquid (LSL-TRC) are two processes for manufacturing three-laminated aluminum composite plates by using solid–liquid cast-rolling technology. In order to study the variation law of thickness fractions, a 1060/3003/1060 plate was taken as product, solid strip used variable. Based on “uactive” user subroutines MSC.MARC software, 2D thermomechanical coupling models SLS-TRC LSL-TRC were established respectively, under obtained verified experiments. Finally, recommended process given according target fraction. The results show that with an increase in cladding thickness, KISS point (complete freezing molten metal) height increases, coordinated deformation position decreases relative point, strain increases. process, core decreases. formation interface is consistent N. Bay theory. through comparison forces, it found when relatively small fraction (the less than 30%), requires load; large greater load required small. this research can provide practical guidance metal matrix panels.
